To become a certified GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Trainer Level 1, the education constists of four consecutive steps build on eachother:

Embodiment: The basic course consists in experiencing the feeling by putting the basic program in the foreground, and to learn the functionality as well as the efficiency of the system on your own body.

The Foundation Course broadens and deepens the knowledge of the basic course. Learn the complete methodology and didactics of the Level 1 program. During the GYROTONIC®, teacher training, you need to spend at least 50 hours working with clients, whereas the GYROKINESIS® teacher training requires 30 hours of teaching. From now on, you are allowed to work with clients. This phase provides the opportunity to use the skills under real conditions and to gain further experience.

The Supervision in the form of a course is a refresher, a repetition, an add-on and a strengthening of the skills you have learned on the Foundation Course. You will also get prepared for the Certification as a GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Trainer Level 1

New impulses, the own quality of movement and the execution as instructor tords other participants is observed and taken in consideration.When a positive result has been achieved, a professional public permission to use the system is confirmed by a certificate.

In order to retain the certificate and license, instructors are obliged to take part in an update course every 2 years with a Master Trainer.
